I’m extremely disappointed with Rocket Mortgage. They were great when trying to earn my business, but since then I’ve had recurring issues with their app and payment system. This is the 3rd time in 5 years I’ve submitted a payment, received confirmation, then discovered days later it never posted. Last time, I was charged $100+ in fees for THEIR system failure. Today it happened again. I took screenshots this time. Technology can fail, but customers shouldn’t pay for Rocket Mortgage’s mistakes

Great app with one persistent bug. App is easy to use - scheduling payments is a cinch. The actual Escrow balance (number) is correct. Corresponding line chart underneath it isn't. My line chart indicates a $0 actual balance since March '26. Number increases with each contribution to Escrow, line chart is stuck at $0 for 5 months straight.

This app is terrible. The main page gives incorrect information and doesn't say I've enrolled in Autopay. You have to look deep in the information to find the actual amount you're going to pay. I signed on and it gave the wrong amount that I set up to pay. When I set up my payments with my bank, it worked fine. Now that Rocket purchased it, it's a confusing mess. Use the website to pay & get accurate information. This app is useless!
